Hi. Something highly embarrassing happened today. I was in the restroom at school, minding my own business, when someone banged open my stall door and hit me squarely in the lip! I guess I didn't lock it firmly enough. The good news? I was done, erm, doing my business. The bad news ... (1) My jeans were not entirely up yet. (2) The person who accidentally gave me a flogging turned out to be someone I know. She felt really bad, which made it more embarrassing somehow. (3) I have a swollen lip and it hurts to talk.
So that's why I'm writing, I guess.
You know, if there's one thing I'm proud of about myself, it's the way I react to mortifying moments, such as the afore-mentioned flogging incident. When it happened, I calmly said, "Hmmm, this stall doesn't lock too well, apparently." Then I went to the nurse and got an ice pack. OUCH. It really hurts. Oh well.
Other than that, the day didn't go too badly. Oh, except for the fact that I went to a party tonight with some friends from church, and someone threw a chocolate at me, which hit me in the eye. So I guess today is Attack KD's Face Day. (Although I would appreciate it if people stopped celebrating it now; I do only have one face, after all.)
Anyway, I will go to bed now, before something smacks me in the nose. Parting thought: DO YOUR LIPS HANG LOW?
