Dang, I don't even know... just a bunch of ranting

This, ladies and gentlemen, is a day of legend, a day of reverence, a day where something that occurs once in a millennium has finally happened: KD HAS NO HOMEWORK!!!!!!
Isn't that great? I actually got to go to my sister's band concert, and they played the same music I missed out on when I couldn't go to her last one. I feel like a better sister now.
My dog had surgery today and it went well. She fortunately did not freak out and try to jump off the operating table or bite the vet, like she's done on previous occasions. It's really funny too, because she's pretty small as far as beagles go, but so vicious when she wants to be! At her last stay in the kennel, they had to put a towel over her head in order to give her an insulin shot (she's diabetic). She will tolerate my dad giving it to her, but no one else, apparently.
My poor mom is all worried because someone at her work place got laid off. She's afraid she'll be next. I don't think she will be, though. The whole place relies on her. I'm not just saying this because she's my mommy and I love her-it's the truth. And if they do let her go, they will feel it. But again, I don't think they will.
Well, my grade in biology went up a whopping 13%, now that my teacher has located all the assignments I handed into him. He's nice and everything, but about as organized as a wildebeest stampede.
Anyway, I should get ready for bed now, since I'm really cold and eager to snuggle down with five blankets on top of me. It's nights like this when I consider digging out the old stuffed animal collection and surrounding myself with fuzziness.
But before I depart, I must post an advertisement for my music reviews, and if you're feeling extra-daring (and have nothing better to do, give me your comments at my very, very pointless website (if it's still running, that is, and no one took it down because it was so purposeless).
